Job Responsibilities:
• Officer will work under the supervision of Deputy Project Director Baluchistan by NlC.
• Ensure capability of important workplace system, and requisitioning new gadget and resources as needed.
• Handling each day administrative sports.
• Control on using MT of HQ PD Baluchistan and file to Deputy PD in case of any important / minor coincidence happens.
• Assisting with cost claims checking and processing.
• Deal with delegation, arrange journey, lodges and Official dinners.
• Planning and scheduling of office occasions along with assembly & appointments, conferences, and visits of authorities to PD Baluchistan.
• Taking notes and minutes in meeting.
• Prepare Visits / traveling association of authorities of PD Baluchistan with the aid of buying tickets and coordinating schedules and tour itineraries.
• Schedule in-residence and external occasions.
